Announcement: Flu Shot Clinic October 1 and October 6

FLU SHOT CLINICS

Thursday, October 1 from 12 p.m.-4 p.m.

Tuesday, October 6 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED. You must go to gustavus.edu/healthservice and click on the Health Portal. Log in (same log in as you use for Web Advisor). Then go to Appointment Scheduling. Choose the reason for your appointment first (flu shot clinic) and then choose the date. 

LOCATION: The flu shot clinic will be located in Lund Center (enter through the event entrance off parking lot B - look for signs). 

Flu shots are for Gustauvs employees and Gustauvs students only. No spouses or dependents.

Please use the document upload on the Health Portal to upload your current insurance card.
