Announcement: Speaker Tim Wise

Professor Tim Wise will be at Gustavus to share his philosophy on how privilege has had a role in preserving racism in America on Thursday, March 13, 2008. Tim Wise is among the most prominent anti-racist writers and activists in the US. His memoir, "White Like Me: Reflections on Race From a Privileged Son", is taught at hundreds of colleges and high schools across the country.
