Mission Statement
The St. Peter Community Garden is a common ground for the community of St. Peter. In partnership among all the people of St. Peter the garden is a tool for building peace and a stronger community where cohesion and trust exist. It is a place where all are welcome no matter the age, race, gender, or ethnicity so we can all celebrate together the beauty of our environment and what each member has to offer to the garden and each other. The St. Peter Community Garden allows gardeners to grow whatever they desire in a collective effort to restore and enhance the health of the soil.

St. Peter Community Garden Buds Program
The mission of the Garden Buds program is not only to teach the youth of St. Peter about the environment and growing process of plants; it is also the foundation for the building of sound relationships between members of the community crossing age, race, and class boundaries.
