Magnuson Leadership and Service Award

Dear Members of the Gustavus Community,

Many students, student groups and organizations have made significant contributions to student life at Gustavus this year. The Paul Magnuson Student Leadership and Service Award was established in 1991. As you look back over the 2014-2015 academic year, what student planned events, programs or expressions of leadership stand out? Which individuals, groups or organizations created memorable experiences for students and our campus community? In making your nominations, please think in terms of three categories: individuals, events, and groups/organizations.

I invite you to submit as many nominations as you wish for the Paul Magnuson Student Leadership and Service Award. Please include a descriptive narrative highlighting the merits of your nominee. These "stories" and specific comments aid in the selection of recipients and are required for this person, event, or organization to be considered.

Individual, organizational and event nominees that demonstrate persistence, extraordinary impact and innovation will be given priority consideration. Nominations for new and long standing events are welcome.
