Room Reservations
Alumni Hall, The Dive, Linner Lounge, Leadholm Conference Room, 49er Conference Room, Rundquist Conference Room, Courtyard Cafe, Board Room, Faculty/Staff Center, Johns Family Courtyard, and Eckman Mall can all be reserved through the Student Activities Office. Banquet rooms in the Campus Center are reserved through Catering.
Linner Lounge seats 35 people.
Rundquist Conference Room (upstairs by the Admission Office) seats 8–10.
49er Room (by elevator) seats 18.
Leadholm Conference Room seats 12–14.
The Faculty/Staff Center is available for meeting reservations after 2 p.m. Monday-Friday and anytime Saturday/Sunday.
The Three Crowns, St. Peter, and Heritage banquet rooms are power-point ready.
Alumni Hall, The Courtyard Cafe, The Board Room, and Leadholm are power-point ready.
Leadholm, 49er, and Rundquist have white boards and markers for meeting use.
Guest House reservations are made through Church Relations (507) 933-7001.
Vehicles are reserved through the Campus Switchboard. Dial 0.
Sound Equipment and Staging (Tech Crew)
Reservations from recognized student organizations that require sound equipment and/or room set up must complete a Tech Crew/Equipment Support Request Form (Green Sheet) at the time of the reservation. The "Green Sheet" provides the Student Activities Office Tech Crew staff with detailed information needed for an event. Requests must be made a minimum of two weeks prior to an event.
A small sound system is available for check out for events not requiring Tech Crew staff.
Table Reservations
May only be reserved by recognized student organizations and departments.
The four tables in the upper level of the Campus Center may only be reserved by recognized student organizations.
When distributing materials, occupants must stay near their table area.
On the day of, departments reserving a lower level table may move upstairs if an open table is available.
Off-campus representatives must be sponsored by a recognized student organization or department and will be assigned a table in the lower level of the Campus Center.
Off-campus vendors (for profit businesses) may rent a lower level table at the rate of $40 per day.
Tables must stay in their designated locations.
Credit card companies are not allowed on campus, even if sponsored by a campus organization.

Locked display cases and other sign holders are available in the Campus Center with a reservation. Please contact the Information Desk for these options.
