  • Personal Training: Employees are able to receive free personal training services from senior Health and Exercise Science students each semester. These personal training services are available for individuals of any age or fitness level, including those with health conditions that may improve with exercise under the guidance of a personal trainer. Through this experience, you receive an individualized exercise program tailored to meet your goals and your health and fitness needs. Registration is required. Registration does not guarantee that you will be placed with a student trainer, however, your information will be saved and effort will be made to place you in future semesters. To schedule your personal training program, please contact Stephanie Otto at x6464 or sotto@gustavus.edu.
