StaffWellbeing
The Wellbeing Initiative team includes full- and part-time staff, student workers, interns, and many volunteers. Together, we help the Gustavus community explore purpose, vitality, and connection through excellence in program and service development, implementation, and evaluation. Specifically, we aim to:
- Infuse wellbeing resources into existing on-campus programs;
- Strategically link curricular and co-curricular learning for students;
- Develop programs and services for students, employees, alumni, and friends; and
- Deliver assessment tools to measure the impact of programs and services.
